Snacks Contest 2017

This is a delicious little recipe that's crazy easy to make! It's crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside. Yummy! It's made with some basic ingredients and sweetened yogurt. You can use any sweetened yogurt of your choice. If you want chocolate flavored yogurt bread, use chocolate flavored yogurt. If you want strawberry and cream flavored yogurt bread, use strawberry and cream flavored yogurt. It's as easy as that. You could also add some cherries, choc chips, etc.

So get started...

Step 1: What You'll Need...

  • 250ml (1 Cup) Sweetened Yogurt
  • 250ml (1 Cup) Sunflower Oil
  • 500ml (2 Cups) Sugar
  • 750ml (3 Cups) Self-Raising Flour
  • 3 Eggs

You'll also need:

  • Cooking Spray
  • Measuring Cup
  • Spoon
  • Bowl
  • Loaf Tin

Important: Remember to pre-heat the oven to 180 C.

Step 2: Just Mix Everything!

Now you should just mix everything! I'm not going to say any more, because this step is really simple and needs no explanation.

Step 3: Bake in Loaf Tin.

Throw the mixture into the loaf tin and bake for about 55 min on 180 C. After it is finished baking let it cool for a while before removing.

Tip: Be careful when you remove the bread from the tin so that it doesn't break.

Step 4: Enjoy!

Now you can at last enjoy your freshly baked super easy yogurt bread!
