Run 'gpedit.msc' without the quotes.
Find System in administrative Templates
Find Ctrl-alt-del options then press + and enable 'disable Task Manager'
To renable Task Manager,simplt put it to 'not configured'.

HKCU or HKLM/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/policies/system
Add a DWORD value "DisableTaskMgr"without quotes,the CAPS on D,T and M is a must.Change the value to 1.Renableit just put it to 0.

Don't forget to hide all the icons first and set a BSOD wallpaper ;-P. Hiding icons is as far as I remember : right-click on desktop, then icon arranging menu and untick Show desktop icons.

Yes, but if you reboot the system, log out then back in, or start Explorer through taskmgr, icons appear again. Icons are hidden to fool even someone more advanced.
