Easy and tasty stir fry

Easy, tasty, healthy. Stir fry with chicken, peppers, spring onion, ginger and soybean sprouts.

Step 1: What you need

Here's what you need:

- diced chicken breast
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- garlic
- ginger
- red and green pepper
- a few spring onions
- some soybean sprouts

Equipment:

- wok
- knife
- cutting board
- wooden spoon

Just made this and it is really good. I stir fried it with yakisoba noodles once the veggies were done.

Also, try making noodles and when both are done put them in a pot w/ some of the soy sauce marinade left over and mix it around..use in place of rice

Make sure any marinade that has been in contact with raw chicken gets cooked or boiled before you eat it. Salmonella is not a pleasant experience.
