Introduction: Easy at Home Letterpress - Part 2

This instructable is an add on to: https://www.instructables.com/id/Makeshift_letterpress_with_a_cuttlebug_Part_One/

it explains how to use photopolymer plates with your cuttlebug.

You wil need:

a cuttlebug
paper
photopolymer plates
ink

Step 1: Perpare Your Base

Attach cork to the base of your cuttle bug.

Step 2: Prepare Your Photopolymer Plate

Attach your photopolymer to a B plate from your cuttlebug. Apply ink with a brayer.

I got my plates from Boxcar press.

Step 3: Print!

Place your paper on top of the cork, followed by your inked plate and run it through your cuttlebug. I used this method to create stationary for my cousin for christmas.

You can play around with different amounts of pressure by adding paper shims if needed. Also works well without ink for an embossed effect.
