Introduction: Easy Chocolate Fudge

The recipe is really easy and mouth watering..
the fudge is amazingly good for chocolate lovers.

Step 1: Ingredients

 you will need
400 gm sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
nuts (cashew, pistachio, walnuts etc)
and 50 gm butter. (I used salted)

Step 2: Mix It Up

put all the ingredients in a thick bottom pan.
and mix well

Step 3: Heat It

heat the mixture till it starts bubbling.
 approximately 10 min

Step 4: Allow to Set.

pour the mixture in a buttered dish and allow to cool.
cut in pieces and enjoy.

I don't know what I did wrong, but it has to be something... No matter how long I waited the mixture never solidified enough to be cut into pieces and removed from the dish. It was just a sticky, gooey (but very tasty) mass.
But the good news is: It tastes amazing on toast and bread rolls. :)

If you mix the cocoa with the sugar and butter first, it won't sit on top of the liquid mixture so much, and you can make sure all the "dry lumps" are out.

I'm going to make this one tonight! I've tried a lot of recipes but this is really a faster way! My mouth is watering already...

It is cooling right now... can't wait!

I did mine in a bain marie; using a metal bowl and a large pan.
