Introduction: Easy Homemade Halva From a Scratch

Halva is a Middle-Eastern sweet made mostly of sesame. It's very easy to make and by doing so you assure it's green and contains no taste-changing chemicals so it's more healthy. It helped me to use the sesame I didn't know what to do with.
All you need is sesame and honey (2 tbs of honey for every 100 grams of sesame)
Put sesame on a frying pan (with no oil) over low heat and fry until it STARTS to change color. Then grind it. Add honey and mix until it's uniform. Now you can put some additional ingrediens for example nuts. Mix again. Put into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and voilà - your hommade halva is ready to eat!
