Easy way to make bag for utensils

Since I started working, I always opted to bring my own lunch. And my mother would put my eating utensils in a small clear disposable plastic bag. Since I wanted to go green by recycling some stuffs found around he house, I thought it would be a great idea to make a small bag for my spoon and fork.
I had this sudden stroke of genius and thought of using umbrella sleeves/cover (I really don't know what it's called. Look at picture for reference.). We have a lot of this lying around because I live in  a tropical country.

Step 1 Materials

Materials needed:
-umbrella cover
-scissors
-needle
-string
-corded rope/ shoelace
-cutter or blade

Thank you! I'm thinking of making some for my family and close friends. It sure does beat using plastic bags.
