Ingredients :
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup frozen yogurt
1 cup thoroughly washed and frozen Himalayan blackberries (harvesting tips can be found on invasivore.org)
½ a frozen banana
¾ cup orange juice
Instructions :
Place ice cubes in a blender and crush
Add the rest of the ingredients in the order they are listed (orange juice last!)
Blend to desired consistency
The important thing is to keep everything but the orange juice frozen.
