Eggs in a basket is a a fancy way to to have a fried egg and toast.  And with the spin I've put on it, even even picky eaters will enjoy this one!

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

1 slice of Bread, any kind
1 Egg
1/2 tbls Butter
Cookie Cutter- I used a dog for my husbands sake; he loves greyhounds!
Frying Pan

Step 2: Prep

Begin heating frying pan and turn stove top to medium heat.

Use your cookie cutter to cut a hole from your slice of bead.

Spray your cutter with cooking spray.

Step 3: Cook

Once your pan is heated, coat with butter.

Place bread, with cookie cutter placed in hole, in the greased pan.

Crack egg inside cookie cutter. Remove cutter after whites first begin to whiten.

Step 4: Flip & Eat

Cooking time will vary depending on size of hole.

When bottom is brown, flip over and brown the top.

Remove from pan and eat immediately!

Using fun shapes get's even the pickiest eats to enjoy this healthy breakfast!

Yum! I love eggs in a basket--or eggs in a hole, as I call them. I like to use my bear cookie cutter because it just gives me an extra feeling of awesomeness to start the day. Nice 'ible. :)
