Introduction: Egyptian Brioche

500 grams flour
1 Tbsp yeast
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup warm milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 small eggs

Step 1:

Add all ingredient together in the mixer and mix them 5 min

Step 2:

To become sticky and chewy like the picture

Step 3:

Put the dough in floury bowl

Step 4:

Cover the bowl by a plastic foil and put the bowl in a warm place

Step 5:

After the dough becomes double in size mix it again

Step 6:

And then bring the dough back to the bowl again

Step 7:

Cover it and put it in a warm place again

To double in size

And begin to form a dough

After finished all shapes cover them and leave them to double in size

Add the vanilla to one egg and mix well

Brush the dough by the egg and vanilla

Add some sugar over the dough

Put it in the medium heat oven
