Want to make a fun game that takes very little time to put together but the fun lasts for hours (ok, maybe that's pushing it)? Then look no further than this electronic shuffleboard using your Chibitronics kit.

Step 1: Tools and Materials

Tools and Materials

- Chibitronics Copper Tape

- 2 x Chibitronics LED stickers

- 2 x 2032 Batteries

- A/C Tape

- 2 x Binder clips

- A board simple wood board (or even cardboard). The size and shape really depends on how complex you want to be.

- 1 x Large coin (like a US quarter, 50 cent piece, or US Dollar)

- Scissors

Step 2: Taping Up One Side of the Board

On one side of the board, you will take the Copper Tape, a single LED sticker, a 2032 battery and a binder clip. Place 2 strips of copper tape across the board and be sure to place them just about the size of your coin. Why is the coin important? It's going to be used to complete the path for the circuit, so it's really important that when measuring it, you can ensure that the coin can touch both rails.

On one end of the copper rails connect the battery with the positive going to one rail, the negative to the other one. Use the Binder clip to hold it to the board, and to help hold the copper tape to the batter.

For the LED sticker, put it just in front of the battery and connect it in line with the rest of the rail (use the pic for reference).

Step 3: Tape the Opposite End of the Board

Want to go head to head? Now do the same on the other side of the board.

Take the Copper Tape, a single LED sticker, a 2032 battery and a binder clip. Place 2 strips of copper tape across the board and be sure to place them just about the size of your coin.

Step 4: Test the Circuit

Ok, now it's time to make sure the LED will go off when you play the game. Make sure the battery and LED are connected, then put a coin across. This is where the tape A/C tape comes in. Put the coin in the middle and as best as you can, make a triangle shape. The triangle shape is just a suggestion as we found it to slide and flick across the board the best. The important thing is that you make it completely flat as it needs to be able to complete the circuit across the copper tape.

Step 5: Play Time!

Now that you've set up the game and tested both sides, it's time to play. Take turns flicking your "puck" down the board. The goal? Obviously to light up the LED!

This is a really cool idea! Quick and easy!
