Here's a quick way to make a pizza type item. All you need is a muffin, some mozzarella, tomato sauce, whatever spices and herbs are lying around, and maybe some pepperoni. Plus an oven or toaster oven.

Here's what you need:

an english muffin, cut in half
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
italian herbs and spices, such as onion flakes, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, seasalt, red pepper and parsley flakes, etc. i have a fancy grinder full of the perfect blend. very handy.
mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
pepperonis or whatever toppings

a pan or foil covered ovenable surface
oven or toaster oven

Step 2: Prepare your crust

First set your oven to broil. We want our pizzas quickly; you will have to keep close track of yours to keep it from burning.

Place the muffin halves cut side up on your ovenable surface.

Add some sauce to each crust and sprinkle your spices evenly on top.

Step 3: Top your pizza

I like to first pile on my cheese and then add any toppings I have, but you can add your toppings first if you want to. Set it in the oven and don't forget about it. It should take only 5-10 minutes, depending on how preheated it was.

Step 4: Eat pizza

You can do this with lightly toasted bread as well if you don't have english muffins (whatever they are). I often get rid of the end of a jar of pasta sauce that would otherwise go off this way. Oregano is the most important bit- it changes it from "tomato-y cheese on toast" to "square toast-like pizza". Tabasco and ham further blurs the boundary between pizza and sandwiches...

My Boyfriend and I make these all the time! They are fantastic and great for when we are really busy. They make this pizza sauce in a squeeze bottle now, so we've been using that for awhile. And to make it a little bit healthier, less cheese and more turkey salami.
your in error, my friend

human beings are incapable of digesting meat

Of the 19 distinguishing charecteristics between herbivores, carnivores and omnivores, man shares all 19 with the herbivores, humans are herbivores, naturally

we lack not only acidic saliva but also our stomach acid is 20 times weaker than a meat eaters

this is what happens to the meat you eat ...

i just prolonged your life
Your grammar is... Disturbing. Our monkey friends evolved into humans as they started eating meat. As PKM mentioned, canine teeth are a distinguishing feature, along with the appendix, which is used in the digesting of raw meat. The different types of protein found in meat are essential for brain development and function. Yes, they teach you that in school. I feel that you should not be criticizing meat-eaters without proper knowledge of the consumption of meat. Thank you for the fecal-pictures link though.

I couldn't find much information on the interwebs about these 19 characteristics- would you like to share what they are? I would have thought having canine teeth counted as one characteristic of omni/carnivores, and finding the smell of bacon the single most delicious thing in the world too :) I'm always a little dubious about those colon cleansing "testimonials". I know a lot of westerners could do with eating less meat, if only to reduce our saturated fat and salt intakes, but having eaten meat for the last 20 years I'm pretty sure I am capable of digesting it.
