These include;
Matches,
Match box (some sand paper types can be used here - explained later),
Electrical tape - I tend to use duct tape,
scissors,
and of course, the slingshot for firring the ammo.

The number of match heads will vary upon how big you want to make your ammunition. Cut about 15 and then complete step 2 and 3. You may wish to add a few more after you see the space you can fill. I have used these where a whole box of matches went into one 'bullet'. It was a lot better through the explosion phase but accuracy was a little more difficult.

Believe it or not, we actually did this as kids. Our findings were that the "strike-anywhere" matches were preferable (though harder to find now days.)
For packing, we would just use wads of toilet paper. It's important to note that with both designs, it's important to know that pinching the ammo too hard when firing, or "misfiring" where it clips the side of the slingshot can end... Poorly. Might want to put a disclaimer on this one.
