Introduction: Extremely Tasty & Healthy Fruit Smoothie

This smoothie delight is only about 120 calories per serving ( there are 4 servings total) and has around 10 grams of protein. It's easy to make and is good for diets, quick breakfasts, and snacks; plus it craves your hunger. 

For Extreme Challenge: My extremely good/ healthy smoothie fits the description because it is a healthy and delicious way to start any diet, it contains exotic fruits, and more or less of a certain ingredient can be added or subtracted from the mix to fit your needs. ForExample: If you needed to help gain more muscle, you might add more protein powder and greek yogurt because they are high in protein. 


Step 1: Ingredients

You Will Need:

1/2 Strawberries 
1 cup Mango 
1 cup Papya
1 cup Pineapple
1 Bananna
1/3 cup Protein Powder
3 spoonfuls of Greek Yogurt
1 Sambazon Acai Smoothie Pack

Step 2: Putting in the Ingredients

Put all the ingredients in with the yogurt on the bottom so it's easier to blend. Then fill the blender with water to the top of all the ingredients. 

Step 3: Blend Together

Just simply blend the ingredients together. If you would rather have a more slushy smoothie, put some ice cubes in and blend for a shorter amount of time. 

Step 4: Enjoy!

Pour and serve your smoothie and enjoy. If you have extra and store it in the refrigerator, be sure to mix it a little when you decide to drink it again because it gets foamy at the top.
