Here is my SSV F2000. If you would like information on it, please refer back to my slideshow on it.

This is the instructable for the gun. A few people wanted it so here you guys go.
But before you build it, take a look at the pros and cons:

  • Good power
  • Good accuracy
  • pretty easy to load
  • Doesn't use any broken parts
  • Uses two of the orange yellow connectors with the tab on top. (You need these)
  • Uses lots of parts
Need help with anything? Drop a comment.

Step 1: Sight (optional)

If you don't want to waste all of your parts, you don't have to make the removable sight. But if you do it makes the sight and the gun look a little bit cooler.

Step 2: Top Rail

This is going to be the hardest and most annoying and time consuming part of the gun to build.I know, I know, I hate making things like this too.

Step 3: Back body portion

This is the back of the body. This part is the stock. It also has the ratchet in it.

Step 4: BREAK!!!

Picture of BREAK!!!
What a good time to have a break. For this break, go eat a block of cheese. Why cheese you ask? I honestly don't know.

Step 5: Front Body Portion

This is the front of the body. This has the trigger and the handle.

Step 6: Front Details

Without these this wouldn't look like an F2000. Seriously!

Step 7: The Rest

The gun is built. Now we need to put on elastics and shoot the thing! We will also make the magazine in this step.

How do you cock the gun when a bullet is loaded? You'll have to get the bands past the bullet.

I've just built this, and man oh man do my fingers hurt! It's a really cool gun, but it has a couple of issues, mainly the fact that it is really unreliable, hard to load, and hard to cock. In order to reload, one must pull the band back with both hands, and up and around the ratchet. It's a great gun, but it is not currently battle worthy.
Is the gun semi-auto?

Nope! It is not..

This is awesome. I can't believe I hadn't noticed it before.

Hey man, I'm hardly on here anymore :/ But I thank you for the compliment!
*sigh.. I'm not active at all anymore, maybe once every three weeks. I know how many people liked my stuff but I think I've lost interest in instructables and knex! :(
I'm not bothering to get on here anymore either. (Sup? :)) Instructables takes 5 goddamn years to load, so I don't bother with it. Even Shadowman39 isn't active. (Though he is working on something.)

Awesome. Can you give me a green rod count without the sights please? I really wanna make it! I currently have your Gargoyle built and its awesome! I made it and figured after the build that i didn't have any 2 slot grey cons left to make a shell!

Build it and it is awesome. But is it normal you can only pull the trigger like two millimeters?
Seleziona (author)  AUG-5OM33 years ago
Umm, I think so. Does the trigger not work?
Well yes it does, it fires great but it feels like you dont do anything at all.
Seleziona (author)  AUG-5OM33 years ago
Is that good?
now... Make a Grenade Launcher that works... jk lol
Yeah, and I added a barrel part at the front.

Is there any way to build it without a tabbed connector?
I really want to make this gun but I don't have any

hey man i admire your work and just wanted to hear your opinion on my new gun and first replica... it still needs a few tweaks here and there, but it'll do fine like this for now... anyway, here are a few pics:

That is nice you should post it however the mag needs a bit of work, as it is too bulky and not curved enough
i finally got the mag curved using a modded (by me) ironman69's curved mag. it looks exactly like the real gun now.
i'm gonna post this gun in a few hours. i've almost finished taking pics of it. about your l86 lsw, i'm trying to invent a new full auto mechanism for it. if i manage to, i will post it soon after i invent the mech. if i don't, i will just try making it a ram gun or a rubber band gun.
thanks, and good luck with posting your gun
OMG... i've invented the full-auto mech. i've never seen anything like it or even similar to it. i won't be posting you'r gun request soon, sorry. i'm gonna be sunk in perfecting this all new innovative mechanism. i hope it's OK with you. if you want, i might post sometime, but probably not soon.
oh its fine with me, and anyway you could always intergrate it into a sort of shell of an L86 . and to think that me asking you for an L86 LSW started this invention!
yeah lol. i've finished the first version, and its gonna be up soon. anyway, thanks for the influence...
cant wait to see the mech
you betcha
also, i'm not sure it could be inserted into an l86 lsw shell, because for the time being, the mech works by turning a big crank and it has gears sticking out, AND, there is a lot of length between the back of the gun (also the back of the mech) and the front, too much for the l86 lsw stock (i hate fake mags, so...)
i know... i tried to make a curved mag but it was very flimsy and got jammed every once in a while, so i decided to just go with the straight mag. anyway, the real mag is also bulky and mine is perfected to use this kind of bullet, with a lot of features described thoroughly in my SABR 'ible on the v2 note.
its still nice and just a quick question, could you make an L86 LSW for me as I cant find my knex
I hope ill have time soon to do it. But dont worry, i probably will in up to a month, not promising anything.
you have just made my day by saying that (even though I am going to bed now)
Awww.... Thats always nice to hear. Im glad i could help, and you just might have promised yourself a brand new knex l86 lsw by the end of the month with that last comment.
YAY!!! its like christmas!

Your replica actually looks really good! I think you got every part just right! That's some really good work.
Aww... Thanks man, that really means a lot to me.
