Same as what you have here. except you only need a few things and its easyer than what you have done for people less able to use there hands for soldering :)

so you use this like an arcade light gun? (time crisis type). there is a usb gun here which you hold like a pistol but its basically an optical mouse. anyway, this really perked up my interest.
