Secure the other side of the fabric to the webbing, making a rectangle to match the one you sewed around the velcro. After that, just make sure you've clipped off all loose threads and you're done! You can attach the cuffs together with the double-ended clip, or run ropes through the D-rings and tie them off to other things. Play safe, and have fun!
