People always think they don't have time for it but honestly it takes just an hour or two from ONE day and then you will SAVE time the rest of your week. ;-)

Step 1: Shop and Pick Up What You'll Be Eating for the Week!
I always unpack my groceries and get to town with prepping right away so I don't procrastinate on getting it done ;-)
Step 2: Cook Everything at the Same Time!
As everything is cooking you can start cutting and washing fruits/veggies :)
Step 3: Fully Stocked and Ready to Go!
I love being able to open my refrigerator and have whatever I feel like eating ready to roll.
Like I said, it changed my life and has really enabled me to stay healthy and on top of my goals :)
