Introduction: Fall Apple Walnut Salad
Healthy snack dessert that doesn’t require cooking, nor sugar adding, just a RAW fresh fruit mix – apples, walnuts, cinnamon and pineapple. One of my favorite Easy to make Recipes.
It is a perfect base for fruit salads, chia pudding, pie and many other delicious fall recipes. Of course, lets not forget, it is # VEGAN and # PALEO diet meal.

Step 1: INGREDIENTS for 2 Servings:
- 2 apples
- 40g walnuts
- 100g pineapple
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Step 2: APPLES
Peal 2 apples, grate them and place them into a bowl. I love to use Gala apples, because they are at the same time sweet and sour, so they don’t require additional sugar.
Step 3: CINNAMON + WALNUTS
Mix apples with cinnamon and blended walnuts.
Step 4: SERVE & ENJOY :)
Serve it with fruit – pineapple.
* If you want sweeter taste, I suggest adding a little bit of honey.
