Introduction: Fantastic Italian Tiramisu
Tiramisù is a tipically italian dessert made with mascarpone cheese coffee eggs sugar lady finger.
I want shere with you my preferite dessert.. I think if you try to make this tiramisù, it can become even your favorite!! Let's me know..

4 cups of mascarpone
2 ½ cup sugar
1 box Lady fingers
1 cup Cocao powder
2 cups coffee espresso
½ cup milk
Crack and make 5 large eggs into two different bowls.
Step 2: Cream of Mascarpone
Whisk the egg yolks with an electronic whisk and gradually add sugar until the egg yolk becomes thick, creamy.
And then mix the egg yolks and Mascarpone together.
Whisk the egg whites until they form firm peaks.
Add the egg white with the mascarpone and yolk
Put that in the fridge.
Drench the lady fingers in the mixture of coffee and milk.
Place the biscuits in a baking dish and alternate that with the cream, chocolate flakes and dusting with cocoa powder in every layer.
Make 3 -4 layers and finish with a dusted of cocoa powder
