Farmer's Ultimate Paintball !

Farmer's Ultimate Paintball has many different versions, so we will show you our most popular one.

This is Farmer's Ultimate Paintball V.2 Capture the Flag, the most popular of Farmer's Ultimate Paintball.

This game is played in a cornfield surrounded by trees, at least thats the ideal play field. You can play in an open field or a meadow, but then again, you want to be covered by something when playing, so a cornfield is ideal.

Here we go!

This picture is the ideal play field for the game, but make sure you don't play in someone else's fields, because i'm pretty sure thats illegal, yeah, so have approval or make sure that you or another player owns the property.

Step 1 What you need:

What you need to play the game:

-30 or so people (players) of 10+ age
-1 or 2 referee's to watch the game and call out players when hit
-Paintball marker and equipment
-paintball marker
-hopper
-air tank
-mask
-any additional equipment
-one flag (a rag preferably, because if you have the country flag, its gonna be kinda odd, I don't know the laws on the flag, but I don't think you can shoot it, even with a paintball gun, you could also use a bandanna)
-paintballs - the amount is up to you, and how much you want to use
-three posts - flag poles will do, or any other posts/stakes you can find, just something that can hold a bandanna/flag
-walkie talkies (will be used to communicate between players) optional
-skills!!!! not really, no experience is necessary

and last but MOST DEFINITELY NOT LEAST

A cornfield or other field with or without trees surrounding it, depending on what you have, and what you like, but trees make it way more fun. Also, if there is any other obstacles like towers, or even tractors or farm equipment to hide behind in the field that would be great!!!! The way you set up the field is pretty much up to you and your players.

I assume this would only be allowed in smaller private cornfields? Getting the corn covered in paint, nontoxic or not, can't be okay with the Agricultural Safety Board.

yeah i dont know who agricultura safety board is, but they sound like they want to keep things agriculture safe. which is cool. anyway, the thought i was trying to get out was an idea of playing in a field. looking back on the idea i posted 4 years ago, i find many flaws but a generally interesting concept. i would change the corn field, to a field of wheat or something a lot less tall and thick. something atleast you can take cover in but also see over the top. also, it would need to be rethought with dimensions of the fields because of the max distance a paintball can be shot, so maybe just spotters, or small field with "snipers". i never played the game because i'm in the suburbs with not much open space that has fields like this that are playable and also that i know the owner and /or they're ok with it.

Yeah, it might be amazingly impractical but still sounds like a ton of fun.

if u can afford a proto a decent hopper should be used.

I have a proto pmr7... LOVE IT!!! Slap a dye rotor on it and a carbon fiber tank on it and ur set. To the corn field idea, for a ditch effort to have some great fun with some friends go for it!!! Yeah, sniping wont work to well in this situation, but staying on the outskirts away from the action is absolutely no fun at all. Happy Paintballing!!!

Hate to play devils advocate here and rain on everyones parade. But I gotta judge from the picture of the cornfield provided. 1. I hope for y'alls sake that the leaves on those corn stalks are soft and pliable, because paintballs have a tendency to break on any plant they touch (thats why i hate playing in texas' mesquite forests). And 2. And judging from the picture, it would be nigh impossible to "snipe" from the treeline. The accurate range of a paintball gun is about 35 yards or less, add into consideration how dense the cornfield is, and i'd say any "snipers" will be disappointed. Personally, I'd prefer a wheatfield or cow pasture to play paintball in

I think your idea is simple but sweet. I have a plantain field in Nicaragua. We will be playing there May 19th in the world's first ecologically friendly paintball game in the world. The paintball pellets provide the nutrients to the soil, and YES, the paintball pellets are edible and biodegradable. Thanks again for the game idea. I will work on incorporating it there....but with slingshots.

my uncle owns a cornfield next to a highway and me and my friends/ my uncle and his friends started playing there, well the cops where called since they had report of paintballs breaking on the sides of cars since if you miss and you shot at someone toward the highway well it would probally hit a car
