We live in a society that is against the clock, in other words, in this society we have no time to lose. And often we consume fast food. But, what is the problem? The problem is that this food isn´t very nutritious, and if we eat it always and uncontrolled this food can damage our healt.
So we propose a solution: A healthy fast food. Most sold fast food contains too much fat and calories and low percentage of nutrients. It is why our solution is based on reducing the amount of fat and calories and changing the process of elaboration and some ingredients to make a healthier meal.
Now, see how to prepare our solution.
Step 1: Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast.
- Some curly lettuce.
- 2 Tomatoes.
- Some Green Beans.
- 2 Carrots.
- Some Broccoli.
- 1 Zucchini.
- A full flavor.
- 1 piece of Cheese.
- Light Mayonnaise.
- Hamburger bun.
- 1 avocado.
- Olive Oil.
- 4 lemons.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken Breast
First step: Cut a portion of the breast of the size of the bread.
Second step: Season the chicken breast on both sides with the full flavor and lemon.
Third step: Put the chicken breast in the pan and add some olive oil.
