Feed the Birds - Waterbottle Bird Feeder

My requirements were easy, cheap, and it can't look like a soda bottle.

Step 1 Parts

Parts List:
clear plastic bottle,
chopsticks,
plastic container slightly larger then bottle,
wire, or string, etc.,
utility knife,
marker,

Warning! Knives are sharp, cutting plastic can be tricky!  You may need a few plastic bottles to practice on.
