Hey momoluvers it's momo and today I'll be showing you crafty people how to make a cute kitty out of felting wool! This is so adorable even if you don't like cats that much! ;) I hope you have fun!!!

Step 1: Supplies

1- felting wool (I suggest using 2 colors; one for the cat, and one for the stripes)
2- BLACK felting wool (for the eyes)
3- textured needle
4- sponge block (I use a pillow)

Step 2: Head

Roll the color you want the cat to be in a ball loosely with your finger pads. Don't roll it tightly, leave some space between your fingers. Now take you needle and stab it continuously until it is a tightly packed ball

Step 3: Body

Take a large piece of felting wool (same color as the head) and form it into an oval shape with your finger pads (again, loosely)

Step 4: Body and Head Attachment

Okay, time for the surgery;) take the head and place it at the angle you want it on the body. Stab all around in the "neck" area. Make sure it is very tightly attached.

Step 5: Paws

To make the paws, do the same thing you did for the body; just make them much smaller and make four

Step 6: Body and Paw Attachment

Now were going to do some more surgery! ;) take each paw and do the same thing you did with the head. Stab at about a 45 degree angle some they attach even better and stay on

Step 7: Tail and Attachment

Make the tail by rolling a piece TIGHTLY in you fingers. Stab it over and over. {if you want a swirly tail, swirl it with your fingers and stab the curved parts.} then attach it to the behind of the cat

Step 8: Let Me Have Your Eyes and Ears for This Step

Take 2 strips (separately of course) and fold them into triangles as shown. Trim them down to make them neat and attach them to the head. To make the eyes, take the black felting wool and roll it up very tightly. Attach them to the front of the head.

Step 9: Pattern

You can make your cat with dots or stripes. I personally like the stripes, but I decided to do dots for this one.

Step 10: Finish!

And that's it! I hope you all had fun doing this and think it's as cute as I do! Be a momoluver because if you haven't already follow me, become a member of the farm family and give a cow it's wings! Love y'all •_£
