This is a Festive Seasonal Creamy smoothy that I created because I had 2 ripe persimmons in the house that I needed to use up! So, this is what I created. The smoothy itself is vegan, gluten-free & is a great yummy breakfast!
Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients!
Recipe: For 4 cups = 1000 ml
1 frozen peeled banana, unwrapped
300 ml unsweetened soy milk
2 ripe persimmons, cleaned, top & white stem inside removed, cut up into chunks
1/2 cup gluten-free medium-sized oats (50 gr)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Step 2: Blend & Enjoy!
Place all ingredients into your Vitamix or blender & blend until smooth & creamy! Pour into lovely large smoothy glasses & enjoy straight away! :) This smoothy is festive, creamy & super delicious too! Yummm!
