This is my first instructable so please leave me any feedback that will help improve future instructable projects!

Step 1: Materials

Wii steering wheel - $1 at the dollar store toy isle
Mini collapsible tripod- $1 at the dollar store
Mobile Phone camera mount (not pictured-can be picked up for $1 and up depending on website, ebay and china wholesalers are the cheapest)
Various bolts and washers (length and width depend on the Wii steering wheel and mobile phone mount)
Dremel with multiple bits
Screw driver
Sharpie
Scissors
Exact o Knife
Electrical Tape (for adding grip to steering wheel mount)

Step 2: Disassembly

Remove screws from the Wii steering wheel and mark a general area that will allow the mobile phone mount to securely be placed within the steering wheel. Both halves should be identical after using the dremel to cut the plastic

Step 3: Disassembly Continued

Remove the top of the tripod mount from the tripod legs using a regular screw driver

Step 4: Dremel

Use the dremel tool to cut the plastic of the Wii steering wheel and be sure to cut a hole the entire way through for the mounting screw. This can take anywhere from 5-20 minutes depending how accurately you measured for the phone mount or how smooth you want the plastic. (I got it pretty close but because I was wrapping it with electrical tape it did not need to be perfectly smooth)

Step 5: Finishing Touches

-Screw the two halves of the steering wheel back together.
-Wrap in electrical tape.
-Attach the phone mount by threading a bolt and washers through the hole you dremeled out.
-Go Film!
