Step 1: SAFETY

ALL ACTIONS AND INJURIES CAUSED WHEN DOING THIS PROJECT IS DOWN TO YOURSELF AND I HOLD NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURIES YOU INCUR.

Step 2: Safety Equipment

Due to you will be dealing with molten candle wax I have put

a few things that I think will aid in your safety.

But it is your own choice if you wish not to use them.

Safety Glasses – As hot candle wax can spit and could cause eye damage.

Apron/Old Clothing – Because if candle wax does spit and it lands on your clothes it won’t ruin your best clothes.

Pliers – As your dipping facial pads into hot wax to be fully submerged I advise using these or tweezers.

Step 3: Things Your Need

The things you will need for this,

Some grease proof paper

Tea Cake Candles

Cotton Wool Pads

Step 4: Candle Wax

With the candles i have melted them down and poured them into a old tin.

Step 5: Heating

Place tin to a low heat till fully liquid.

Step 6: Dipping

Dip the cotton pad and hold the pad with the pliers and fully dip.

Step 7: Drying

Once fully dipped remove and let the most excess drip off then transfer onto grease proof paper to dry.

Step 8: To Use

Now store them until needed, even if these become fully submerged in water they will still work.

Tear in half or quarters and you will see all the inner fluff then just add a spark with a Ferocidium Rod.
