Step 1: THE FISH: Supplies, Tracing, Cutting, Combining

Supplies:
one pair of scissors
how many fishes you are going to make = the number of paperclips
2 colors of construction paper (or paper)
a pencil (or pen)
fish template (find the easiest template you want to cut multiple times)

Tracing:
Get the template of the fish and place it on construction paper (or paper). Get a pencil (or pen) and trace the fish. Repeat this step until you are satisfied on how many fish you want.
*Note: If you do not want the pencil marks remaining use an eraser and erase the marks. That is why pencil is recommended for tracing.

Cutting:
Cut out the fish with your scissors.
*Note: At the end of cutting, I realized I should have used an easier template to cut the fishes with.

Combining:
Put the fish and paperclip together.
*Note:You could put the paperclip anywhere on the fish, but I preferred to have it on the mouth because when you catch a fish you catch it by the mouth most likely and often.

It is a good game, especially because an adult has to officiate :-)
