Making the pushbutton

The pushbutton has tree functions.
  1. a pushbutton
  2. a window to let light reach the light-sensor
  3. a screen to show the LED
To make this happen I started of with some acrylic in the size that fits inside the housing. I had to drill a hole where the LED is on the PCB, otherwise it wouldn't fit inside the inclosure. After that I glued on a little peace of acrylic on top of it, where the push-button is on the PCB. On one side I removed the corners to make space for the bolts and on the other side I had to cut it a lot smaller for the on/off switch to fit in.
With some sanding-paper I made the under-side of the acrylic opaque, for the LED to be better visible when it lights up.
