What sort of chilli pepper did you use? It looks like a cayenne or one of the not too hot variety. Nice clear instructions and the recipe looks most interesting. Will try it, thanks for posting. Best Wishes from France.
Yes, cayenne pepper is used. <br> <br>On this picture, the length may look like little short, unexpectedly. Because the seed is spicy, three cayenne pepper are used per about soup 300g.
May I ask what the sardine is supposed to do? I am very curious to try this recipe. I LOVE to try and cook new things. You did a great job with the instructable :).
It may be a kind of aroma, actually tastes of sardine is overwritten by japanese soy sauce, sesame oil and red pepper. But, without sesame oil and sardine, the total tastes become too light.
