Flavorful Potato Focaccia Bread

Step 9: Bake the Foccacia

1) Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
2) Bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes.  A dough thermometer should read 200 degrees.
3) Let the bread cool COMPLETELY.  Or else it will be gummy, and gummy bread is not yummy. ;)
