Introduction: Flexibility and Balance Test

Please do not take this test as a sign that you are not flexible. It is just for fun, so let me know what skills you are able to do!

Step 1: Bridge

Step 2: Scorpion

Step 3: Middle Spilt

Step 4: Elbow Stand

Step 5: Go on Your Knees, Lean Back and Grab Your Ankles

aww thanks so much! this was posted a while ago, and i stopped gymnastics, so i doubt i'd be able to do this again ;)
