Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Here is the recipe for flourless peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

These cookies are probably the simplest and easiest cookie I know how to make, and most of the ingredients are always on hand in the kitchen.

From start to finish, this cookie takes about 25-30 minutes.

You will need the following ingredients:

-1 cup creamy peanut butter
-3/4 cup sugar
-1 large egg
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Great! Just made them. I like vanilla so I added some, but I don't think it added to the recipe, it was already good enough. TX for sharing.

Yum. Nice job. I just ate the first batch. Fabulous.
I used
1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup white sugar, skipped the third quarter and they were plenty sweet.

I made two batches of these today. Very tasty!

In the second batch I put 1.5 Tablespoons of Molasses it turned out very well.

Due to being at 5350 ft above sea level and dry weather, my cook time turned out to be roughly 11 minutes at 350F.

Nice Recipe!

Oh, wait. What happened to the butter? I will find a way to incorporate butter and see what happens. Thanks for the recipe.

You are the man. Bless you my son. I had a recipe for a flourless chocolate brownie, and bar none those were the best brownies that ever were. I have lost the recipe for them but adjusting you cookie recipe, I should be able to duplicate it. Now I expect these cookies to rival those brownies. I will try them this weekend and let you know.

I'm curious of two things. One are you from Colorado? We have eclectic people here. Two can you bake these on a non stick (air style) cookie sheet with out the paper?
