Internet image editors are useful and convenient because no matter where you are, from your friends computer to a Starbucks computer kiosk, you can always do this. I rounded up a few image editors that all have their pros and cons. Many of the services can retrieve your images directly off Flickr! Most of these sites have a demo, so you can do a quick scan to so if you like that service.

Snipshot
With Snipshot, you gett six basic tools: resize, crop, adjust, enhance, rotate, and effects. This is perfect for those minor edits.

Splashup
With Splashup, you get many features like multiple image editing, pixel-level control, effects, filters, brushes, and layers. You can even capture a photo from a webcam right from their interface.

Picnik
Picnik is very easy to use and has a decent selection of tools. You have auto-fix, rotate, crop, resize, exposure, colors, sharpen, red-eye, effects, text, shapes, and more! You can save the computer back to the computer or publish it to Flickr.

FotoFlexer
FotoFlexer can really decorate your photo. You have the basic red-eye fix, crop, and resizing to effects, decorations, animations, and more!

Tourist Remover
Tourist Remover exterminates people and other objects from your photos! You need multiple shots of that scene, though. Then it pretty much stitches the images together.

The bad thing about online image editors is that you have to upload your photos, which depending on your connection, may take a while.
