"You may not either directly or through the use of any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means copy, download, stream capture, reproduce, duplicate, archive, distribute, upload, publish, modify, translate, broadcast, perform, display, sell, transmit or retransmit the Content unless expressly permitted by Hulu in writing." (that's Hulu.com, with an emphasis on "copy, download, [or] stream capture.")
"You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Google, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Google" "Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Google, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose." (and that's Google Videos - what you are doing is "duplicating" the videos and using it by "means other than through the interface that is provided by Google")
1. you dont accept ULA's unless you see them and click "I Accept." wich you never see when watching a youtube movie without signing into your account.
2. seriously, this is bogus. these ULA's are for hulu, and youtube. THESE VIDEOS ARE HOSTED BY GOOGLE!!!!! These arent within hulu, or youtubes rights.
3. google gives you a download button! if they dont want you to download then why give you a button?
4. if you are so concerned about it, you dont have to do it!
"You shall not download any Content unless you see a “download” or similar link displayed by YouTube on the Service for that Content"
2. I gave you a ULA for Google Videos, which doesn't really exist anymore. Google semi-recently bought youtube, ergo, they didn't need their own video hosting service. Sure, Goggle Videos is there, but try to find a video on their that's hosted by Google.
3. refer to answer 2. (directly above) and the Youtube user agreement (basically Google doesn't, because Google Videos [hosting service] doesn't exist)
4. I wasn't going to do it in the first place, and I'm just giving a warning to everyone (mainly the non-informed) that this is illegal.
4.
well, much to everyone's concern, we don't have "real" emotions here, so let's be clear on comments.
