I dunno if anyone else has had better luck with Atmel, but their site says that they will send the samples to their local Sales Rep....kinda hard to fudge business purposes on that one >.>

ive used the atmel there customer service id nice it takes a little while to get here but the package each chip individualy and ship them individualy
