Introduction: French Toast

Breakfast for dinner! I eat a lot of foods but I do have my favorites. I like French toast because it is easy to make and CHEAP! I also like it cause I don't have to memorize measurements.

Step 1: Ingredients

French toast is easy to make and doesn't require a lot of ingredients. The good thing is the ingredients it does need doesn't cost that much.
-Three eggs (4-5 pieces of French toast)
-bread
-cinnamon
-milk (optional)
-sugar (optional)
-syrup (optional)

Step 2: Prep

Break eggs and put in bowl. How many eggs you use depends on how many French toast you're trying to make. I usually use three. Beat the eggs for about a minute.
OPTIONAL: I have made it before without but I usually add milk. Just a tad.

Step 3: Cinnamon

Next thing you're going to want to do is add the cinnamon. If you like the taste of cinnamon put a lot, if you don't just put a sprinkle in it.
OPTIONAL: I like to also put a sprinkle of sugar in. Gives it a sweeter taste.
After you add it beat the cinnamon into eggs.

Step 4: Get the Pan Ready

Heat the pan up and put a tad bit of butter on the pan. Let it melt and spread it out. DO NOT OVERHEAT THE PAN! You are trying to melt the butter not vaporize it. Try to keep the heat a little over medium. You are going to want to cook the eggs slowly when it's time.

Step 5: Cooking Time

Put the eggs onto a plate then submerge the bread into the mix. Just splash one side then the other. Time to throw on the pan. Pan should be on medium. If the pan is too hot then you'll cook the eggs too quickly on the surface and wont cook the eggs all the way through. Flip the bread regularly. Until golden brown on both sides. Put of the skillet and repeat until mix is gone.

Step 6: French Toast Done

The French toast is done. Throw on a plate and eat. I like to pour syrup on mine and eat it with bacon. enjoy your breakfast or dinner.
