Typical Pie Crust:

Cut your shortening (Crisco - BTW, not very tasty, don't stick a finger full in your mouth, I would rather eat glue) into your flour mixed with salt and sugar. Add ice water to form into a dough.

Roll your dough into about six circles, about eight to ten (or twelve) inches long. Make sure to flour your surface.
