Introduction: Fried Rice Recipe

This recipe makes a yummy egg fried rice.  You will need:

-cooked rice, 3 cups
-3 eggs, scrambled
-one green onion, chopped
-frozen peas and carrots
-cooking oil
-salt and pepper

First cook your rice in a pot or saucepan.  Next, fry the scrambled eggs in an oiled pan, and break into small pieces.
When the eggs are done, dump in the rice and some more oil.  

Then add one cup of the frozen peas and carrots.  Then add the chopped green onions.

I like the rice a little crunchy on the edges, so I cook it longer than most people.  Salt and pepper to taste.
