Introduction: Fruity Granola Smoothy
This morning, I made this delicious easy vegan gluten-free smoothy. I needed to use up some super ripe fruits & had still had a batch of my own vegan gluten-free granola over & wanted to use it all in our breakfast smoothies! The smoothies themselves only have 4 ingredients in them!
Step 1: Gather Your 4 Ingredients!
Recipe: For 2 big smoothies
400 ml cashew milk (I used Alpro )
1/2 cup of your favorite vegan gluten-free granola/ I used home-made!
1 large peeled over ripe banana
1 big white peach, pitted
Step 2: Blend Into Vitamix & Enjoy!
Blend ingredients in this order into your Vitamix & place fitted lid & tamper on. Use tamper to push ingredients into the running blades. Blend onto high-speed & full power until joined. This took me 10 seconds. Taste. You taste the white peach first & then some yummy creamy sweetness. Pour into 2 smoothy glasses & enjoy with your loved one! Yummm!
