Introduction: Fruity Watermelon Cake

The adults in my family rarely eat store bought cake since its always full of sugar and all those junk so I thought this year, I would make a fruit cake that they would actually eat. My moms birthday was coming up so it was the perfect opportunity to test it out. Super duper simple. Just carve the outside of a watermelon & throw that green/white bit away. Pat off all the excess water from the watermelon with a paper towel. Then, use a frosting bag to frost on either some Vanilla Flavored Greek Yogurt or some Cool Whip. Be sure to do this quick since it will slip and slide. Once done with the frosting, throw on some slivered almonds to the sides of the cake (it will get messy) & push in some more fruits of your choice! You could eat it right away or place it in the freezer for some minutes for it to firm up a bit. Enjoy!
