Put the paper clip in place

Wrap the paper clip around the center of the rubber band. I tried to keep the ends of the clip rounded to avoid any possible injury during the next step.

I doubt its the most complicated ever.. basically just twist the paper clip around the rubber band in any way that it will stay...
