Signing UpStep 1: Things you will need
- You might want to have a frizbee
2. You will want a friend to play with
You can play frizbee with yourself but it is not nearly as fun as playing with someone else
3. You will need a place to throw a frizbee
Not indoors, not in a street, and not in place with too many obsticals. An open field would be nice, but you could do it in a park
4. You will need some time to practice what you learn
Practice makes perfect unless your some kind of alien or something like that, or some kind of freaky voodoo would work too.

The throws you call "backhand" and "forehand" are the wrong way round - when the back of your hand faces away from you, and the Frisbee moves towards your off side, that's a backhand.
You should add videos of those grips and throws as well, because I don't really get steps 3,5 & 7 from the photos.
I have to make the kids play so I have a team to play on!
(There was supposed to be a local inter-school tournament, but it never happened.)
Anyway good job!
I loved McGroovy's video guide. You explain each throw naturally. Wish you the best. By the way, there are ultimate frisbee tournaments taking place all across the USA this summer. Whether you are interested in participating, or just watching the game this page will provide you with the information you need. http://files.promosonline.com/frisbee_tournaments.html
Businesses looking to help sponsor the events can provide branded custom personalized frisbees, (aka frizbees) with their logos by contacting a promotional products company.
Yours,
Kathy Smalley
