This is a recipe my mom used to make when I was a little girl for a summer treat. Originally the recipe calls for a graham cracker crust, but they arent gluten free :(  So I substituted with gluten free chocolate cookie bars.  Lets see how it ends up :)

To begin you will need the following

Cookie bars (or some type of cookie) 2 6.17 oz packages
Strawberries, about a cup
Blueberries, about a cup as well
Vanilla yogurt, around a cup
Cool Whip 1 8 oz tub ( I picked Cool Whip free)
Chocolate Chips about 1/2 c

Food processor
Mixing bowl
Pie dish

To begin grab your helper and shopping bag and head to your local market. Grab a basket and head on in :)
Start shopping for your items, and check out.

Step 1

Remove cookie bars from packaging and place in processor.
Put choco chips in microwave safe dish and melt..
Place lid on food processor and start to blend. Add chocolate and blend till smooth.
Spoon mixture into pie dish and let set.

Take this opportunity to clean up your food processor and get ready for step 2

Step 2

Take fruit and place in bowl to mash.  After fruit has been mashed place in processor with yogurt and make a puree.

Step 3

Spoon yougrt mixture into crust.  Fold in Cool Whip and decorate

Freeze for 3 hours before serving. Store in freezer and let thaw 10 minutes before serving
