Step 10 Add MORE Feathers

When you are done adding the goose feathers, you can add the tiny plume feathers using elmers glue to the top of the quill stems and the spaces between the goose feathers to cover up any “gaps” where the felt shows through. This will also add to the “tattered” look of the design. This step can be omitted if it does not suit your design, or you can substitute marabou or other kinds of feathers for the plumes.
