Step 1: GINGER: THE HEALER!!
(1)Firstly, put some ginger in hot water.
(2)Now, just take the ginger out.
(3)Put the water in an ice tray and keep it in a freezer and allow it to freeze.
(4)Crush the ice cubes and just suck the frozen ginger chips.
Step 2: CURING a SORE THROAT!!
(2)A cup of warm water
You can follow the steps given below:-
(1)Just press 5-6 garlic cloves and mix it with 1 cup of warm water.
(2)Gurgle twice a day with this water and your sore throat will be cured.
This is because garlic has antimicrobial properties which fight pain-causing microbes!!!
Step 3: COOL a BURN!!
Now there is a simple way to cool your burn.
Just apply a little Aloe Vera gel on the burnt area. This gel is soothing and creates a second layer on the skin, which prevents the burn from coming in the contact with air.
Step 4: STOP FOOT ODOUR!!
Now it is just simple and can be done with two common household items :- Vinegar and Water.
Soak your feet in a bucket containing 1 part vinegar and 2 part water(According to the picture of the bucket given above, fill water upto the white mark and then add vinegar until it reaches the black mark).
This process eliminates the odor causing bacteria and close the pores in feet. And your feet will remain odor free even in moist days.
Caution= Use this remedy only when your feet are free of cuts...
Step 5: CURE YOUR COLD!!
(1)Cut a lemon and squeeze its one half in a cup.
(2)Then pour hot boiling water in the cup.
(3)Now take one spoon honey and dissolve it in the cup.
(4)Inhale the vapour coming from the cup.
(5)After some time when it becomes warm then drink it.
(6)Drink this 2-3 times a day and your cold will vanish!!
Step 6: STOP BAD BREATH!!
Now it would not be anymore, by following only two simple steps :-
(1)Gurgle with acidic lemon juice which kills the smell causing bacteria.
(2)Now, eat a bit of unsweetened yogurt/curd.
This will neutralize the odor and will last for about 20-24 hours!!
Step 7: END SNORING!!
(1)Cut a shirt pocket and stitch it at the back of your night T-shirt.
(2)Put a tennis ball in that pocket and sleep without any tension of snoring.
The discomfort forces you to roll over without waking you up!!
Caution= People with problem in back please don't use this technique.
Step 8: BEAT INSOMNIA/SLEEPLESSNESS!!
(1)Before the bedtime, eat a handful of cherries or drink pure dark cherry juice.
(2)Lie down for sometime in hot water tub to relax your muscles.
(3)In bed, rest your head on lavender filled pillows because their fragrance induce sleepiness.
Step 9: REVIVE PUFFY AND TIRED EYES!!
Take a tea bag of black tea and dip it in hot water to activate the tannins in it. Now let it cool for some time and then press it on your closed eye for about 10 minutes.
Step 10: WHITEN STAINED TEETH!!
So now you can smile by these tips...
(1)Crush some strawberries and make a paste.
(2)Now add a pinch of baking soda in that paste.
(3)Add a little water to make it smooth.
(4)Polish it once every 3-4 months on your teeth for few minutes.
Caution= Do not use this method very often or it will erode your tooth enamel.
