Step 12: Freezing(optional)

Freezing is an optional thing that lets you freeze the dough until it is needed to be rolled and baked.

Step 13: Flour

Grab a hand full of Flour and spread it out on the counter in about a1x3 foot space(use more Flour if needed).

Step 14: Rolling

If you decide not to freeze than you can go ahead start rolling the dough out, in a pushing/ pulling motion all the while pressing down.

Step 15: Rolling Some More

Roll the dough until about 1/2 centimeter thick.

Step 16: Cookie Cutters

Get out the cookie cutters and cut out the cookies by placing the cutters over the dough and applying pressure.

Tip: Make sure the sharp side of the cookie cutters are pointed towards the dough.

Step 17: Transfering of the Cookies

Once the cookies are cut use a small spatula to transfer them out of the dough and onto the stone tray.

Step 18: THE OVEN

Place the tray into the oven. Set the oven timer to 10-12 minutes and hit start(or let it start on its own).

Step 19: AT LAST ITS DONE

After the timer has gone off, put on a oven mitt and take out the tray.
