Geocache Morse Device

This Device will morse the final coordinates of a Geocache, if a 9V Battery is attached. I used 2 LEDs: The green one will blink the morsecode, the red one will blink pause signals between the characters.
For that I programmed an Attiny 85 with Arduino Code (Tutorial on programming Attiny with an Arduino UNO/Duemillenove here: http://www.instructables.com/id/Simplest-and-Cheapest-Arduino/). To protect the curcuit from rusting I infused it in candle wax.

Test Code ("SOS"):
int LPR = 4; //Red Led
int LPG = 3; //Green Led

void setup()
{
  pinMode(LPR, OUTPUT);
  pinMode(LPG, OUTPUT);
}

void Short(){ //Function for short pulse
  delay(500);
  digitalWrite(LPG, HIGH);
  delay(350);
  digitalWrite(LPG, LOW);

void Long(){ //Function for long pulse
  delay(500);
  digitalWrite(LPG, HIGH);
  delay(1500);
  digitalWrite(LPG, LOW);
}

void Blink() { //Red led blinks between characters
  delay(500);
  digitalWrite(LPR, HIGH);
  delay(350);
  digitalWrite(LPR, LOW);
}

void loop()
{
  Short();
  Short();
  Short();
  Blink();
  Long();
  Long();
  Long();
  Blink();
  Short();
  Short();
  Short();
}
