German Potatoe Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1000g potatoes

300g mustard cucumber

4 eggs

3 red onions

2 spoons parsley

lemon juice

oil

salt & pepper

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the mustard cucumbers and cut the red onions in half moons. Boil the potatoes till they are done and boil the eggs for about 6 minutes. Peel the potatoes and the eggs. Now cut the potatoes and eggs.

Step 2: Finish

Put the potatoes in a bowl and add eggs, salt, pepper, parsley a few spoons oil and a spoon lemon juice. Mix everything together and serv it with some grilled stuff.
