Introduction: Giant Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
In this instructable, I will show you how to make Giant Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies.
For this recipe you will need:
1 1/4 c all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/3 c peanut butter (crunchy or creamy is fine), 1/2 tsp baking powder, 3/4 c sugar, 1/2 c butter, softened, 1 egg, 16 mini peanut butter cups
Cut the mini peanut butter cups into quarters.
Using the electric mixer, combine the softened butter, sugar and peanut butter together until they're creamy.
Now add the egg and vanilla to the batter and mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt together.
Now combine both mixtures together.
Drop the dough by 1/4 c measurements on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (3 to a baking sheet) and push the mini peanut butter cup pieces into each cookie, slightly flattening them.
Bake in an oven that's been preheated to 350° for 15-17 minutes or until they're slightly golden around the edges.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute, then remove them from the pan place on a wire rack to cool completely.
